I design and teach courses in macroeconomic theory and econometrics for masters students. All course materials are open source and available at jhu-aap-econ.github.io. I serve as faculty advisor to students interested in pursuing a PhD in Economics or a career in industry, and as course manager for adjunct faculty teaching econometrics.

Research Interests

My research focuses on developing advanced computational methods to analyze the economic conditions of households, with emphasis on understanding and addressing inequality, poverty, and economic mobility. I work at the intersection of computational economics, quantitative macroeconomics, and household finance, developing tools and methods that make economic research more accessible, transparent, and reproducible.
